BS1 Bajo Sextos

The BS1 Bajo Sexto model is a beautiful guitar with impeccable sound. Each of our Bajo Sexto models including the BS1, BS2 and BS3 produce world-class tones but each possesses varying characteristics.

The BS1 Bajo Sexto is made with a solid spruce top and solid maple sides and back. In addition, it has an ebony fingerboard, and custom handcrafted traditional bridge and nickel frets. The difference is that the BS1 is constructed with Abalone shell: custom and time-consuming Abalone star rosette inlay construction with added Abalone shell around the top with a beautiful natural finish. We have handcrafted this instrument for many well known artist musicians. It has been a popular model with a comfortable feel and an excellent sound. The nut and saddle are made of better tone-producing bone. The BS1 Bajo Sexto is also available as a BS1 Bajo Quinto. Of course, a pickguard is included with your purchase.
