Standard Bajo Sextos

Tomas designed the Standard Bajo Sexto as an older more traditional bajo made with solid spruce top, solid mahogany on the sides and back, rosewood fingerboard as well as custom handcrafted bridge with nickel frets. This instrument was designed to offer a lower-priced Bajo Sexto to Tomas' customers without sacrificing tone, playability and overall action. Our nut and saddle are made of actual bone which helps the Bajo Sexto to achieve the best possible tone. The Standard Bajo Sexto is also available as a Standard Bajo Quinto.
