Classical Brazilian Rosewood Guitars

Tomas Delgado, Candelas’ guitar luthier, creates this version of his famed 6-string Classical Guitar in elegant hand made style. Brazilian Rosewood adorns the Classical body sides and back while either high grade Cedar or European Spruce tops complete it. In addition, Tomas adds a hand lacquered and buffed finish. Each Classical Guitar made with Brazilian Rosewood has an ebony fretboard, nut and saddle made of bone which secures the strings, and a Candelas trademarked rosette design. Candelas’ Classical guitars are also available in Mahogany, Indian Rosewood or Palo Escrito and each is can be custom handcrafted according to your specifications.

The Classical Brazilian Rosewood Guitar illustrated below is handcrafted with a European spruce top, Old Growth Brazilian rosewood sides and back, an ebony fretboard and Schaller tuners. The body shape and interior bracing was taken form the famous 1937 Hauser. The headstock, rosette and bridge are Tomás design. French polish top and Laquer sides and back.

This beautiful rosewood guitar handcrafted by Tomas Delgado was finished with French Polish on the sides and back and French polish on the top. The nut is 54 mm. 650 scale. German Schaller machine heads. Tomas has a fine collection of unique pieces of rosewood. This instrument has a booming bass tone and great trebles. Amazing sound for an amazing price!Call!
