This 2016 Tomas Delgado is a stunning instrument to see and play. Aesthetically, the German spruce top has a beautiful even hue that will age elegantly with time. The sides and back are highly coveted Brazilian rosewood. The back in particular stands out with a beautiful and unique grain that you have to see in person.  As a compliment, the headstock gives you an elegant preview of the back without having to turn over the guitar. 

Tonally this guitar is only beginning to show the great life it has ahead of it. The basses are boomy with definition. The trebles are bright and showing signs of warm overtones. Sustain is present at expected landing sweet spots (5th, 7th, 9thth position).  At only a few years old, this guitar is the type of companion that will grow with the player that purchases her.
