From the 2010 lot of Alegria guitars, this Tomas Delgado Flamenco sets herself apart in her build. Like her sisters, she comes with a nice straight grain in the cypress. The back is match booked (split from one piece of wood to produce a mirror effect). Two unique aspects of this build lie in the headstock and saddle. The saddle is a scalloped, providing some extra detail to those with a critical eye. Its most unique quality is in the vignette of wood on the headstock. Beyond giving you a unique and lateral grain pattern, you also get a dual tone in color.
Action is set low giving a soft character of tension. Players with longer rehearsals will benefit for its greater ease of playing without sacrificing volume. Tonally the guitar is bright, loud, and has noticeable sustain.
