Supreme Bajo

The Supreme Bajo Sexto model is no exception. Tomas uses very high grade maple wood in the construction of its sides and back. Its top is made of solid spruce wood with an ebony fingerboard, and custom handmade traditional bridge with nickel frets. Tomas handcrafts custom Abalone star rosettes and inlay Abalone all around the top of the face. He finalizes the treatment with a professional natural hand finish.
Tomas also provides 3 pickguards made of Abalone shell that are inlaid at the top.
The Supreme Bajo Sexto attracts a lot of positive attention when it is played onstage or in a backroom because the sound is perfect, the look is unmatched and the feel is comfortable. The nut and saddle are made of actual bone so that you can realize the best possible tone.
Important note: this model and others that Tomas produces are copied throughout the world. Tomas' father, Candelario II or Candy, invented the Supreme Bajo Sexto model.
The Supreme Bajo can be Custom Order in a Quinto or Cuatro model - even in Black Finish - as well as a Double Cutaway.
